$150 intake

$125 for standard 50 min session

Rates:

Rates are $150 intake and $125 for standard 50 min session. In addtion, sliding scale can be offered with proof of income. Be Well Institute of Texas also accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance plans.

Professional Fees – The fee is $125 ($150 first visit) for a standard 50-minute session. 

In addition to regular appointments, Be Well Institute of Texas charges your therapy rate per hour for other professional services you might need. Other services may include report writing, consultation with other authorized professionals, extended telephone conversations, attendance of meetings, preparation of records or treatment summaries, and time spent performing any other service you may request.

Billing and Payments – Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. You are responsible, by law, for payment of all services rendered regardless of whether insurance pays or not. For your convenience, we file all in-network insurance claims and accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Please note that if payment is not made prior to the third session, your session will be cancelled and won’t be rescheduled until payment is received. If your account has not been paid for more than 60 days and arrangements for payment have not been agreed upon, we have the option of using legal means to secure the payment. A $10 monthly billing charge will apply to unpaid accounts. A $35.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Court Proceedings – You should hire a different mental health professional for any evaluations or testimony you require. In the event, that I am required to appear in court for any reason, there will be a charge of $800.00 per day, minimum of $400 for a half day or less. This fee must be paid before the court date by cash, credit card or debit card. This fee will be applicable in the event of court date postponements or regardless of negotiated settlements in or out of court. Preparation time for court will be charged at $125.00 per hour.
